Lawrence Turner of Huntly, charged with breaking and entering Hackley’s Store and house in Amissville and with armed robbery of Mr. and Mrs. Hackley, entered a plea of guilty in Rappahannock County Circuit Court Wednesday morning. Judge R.V. Snead asked for a pre- sentence report and has set sentencing for November 8, opening day of the November term of court. The offense took place on the night of July 2.
