ROMNEY, W. Va. Junior High School Band was named first in bands and the Red Coats were judged best drum and bugle corps with the Toppettes, second. The Topettes were also named the best group of senior majorettes. The Culpeper Pepperettes were second in seniors and first in the junior division.
