McPeak, husband and wife, dated the 1st day of October, 1973 recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 108, Page 730, the undersigned Trustees will offer for sale at public auction on

At the Front Door steps of the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia:

All the following described tracts or parcels of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, situate, lying and being in Hawthorne Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and bounded and described as follows: to-wit: TRACT #1: “All that certain tract or lot of land situated, lying and being in Rappahannock County, Virginia, at Slate Mills, on the east side of the road leading from Slate Mills to Portor's Ford containing two roods, two and four tenths poles.” TRACT #2: “All that certain tract of land known as the Reaguer Lot, situate, lying and being in the Village of Slate Mills, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 1/2 acre, more or less, being the same land acquired by Emmett C. Compton from Bessie R. Compton, his wife, by deed dated September 2, 1940, recorded December 3, 1940, in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 43, Page 149.”

Being the same land conveyed to David Harold McPeak and Nancy L. McPeak, husband and wife, by deed of Robert Lee Kennedy, unmarried, dated the 1st day of October, 1973, and recorded in Deed Book 108, Page 728.

The said property is improved by a single family dwelling.

The sale of this property is subject to restrictions of record.
