A graduate of the University of North Carolina, Trott holds a Master’s Degree in Botany. He is teaching in Langley School in McLean. During the summer recess he is on a photo assignment for the National Forest Service; his wildlife photographs will be used in an environmental education program for young people.
The RLEP meeting will also include an election of officers for the coming year and reports by the various action committees, including a status report on the RLEP efforts to relocate a VEPCO high tension powerline planned ‘ to bisect Rappahannock County.
