SHOW TIME is 2:30 and it begins as Gunnery Sergeant Hank Henry of the USMC steps off the wing of a white 450 horse-power Stearman biplane 3,000 feet above the airfield. As Hank’s specially designed parachute blossoms one can see a United States flag trailing in the wind from Hank’s leg.
Regardless of the wind velocity, < * Hank always makes a stand-up spot landing directly in front of the bleachers. Hank’s job in the Marine Corps is testing parachutes. He is very good at it and with more than 1,250 jumps, is the only Marine so employed.
