Pursuant to the provisions of a deed of trust executed by John M. Atkins and Phyllis K. Atkins, husband and wife, to James W. Fletcher, Trustee, said deed of trust being dated March 28, 1973 and recorded March 29, 1973, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 106, page 294, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in said Deed of Trust by virtue of a violation of the conditions imposed therein authorizing the holder of the note to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, the undersigned, James W. Fletcher, Trustee, having been requested to act by the holder of said obligation, will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder or bidders, at the front door of the Court House, in Washington, Virginia, on Saturday, September 11, 1976, at 10:00 A.M.
