Mr. and Mrs. Ray Frazier, Jr. of Boston announce the birth of a son, Michael Wayne, on August 15, 1976 in Culpeper Memorial Hospital. Grandparents of the baby are Mrs. Eunice Meade of Culpeper and Mr. and Mrs. F. R. Frazier of Boston. The baby is a patient in the University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville. □
