Mrs. Helen V. Woodward, 66, of Front Royal, died Oct. 16, 1977, in Warren Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted today; Oct. 20, at 2 p.m. in Robertshaw Funeral Home chapel, Front Royal, by the Rev. James W. Johnson. Burial will follow in Panorama Memorial Gardens in Waterlick. Mrs. Woodward was born Sept. 10, 1911, in Rappahannock County, the daughter of the late Harvey Daniel and Annis Alizabeth Willis Williams. Surviving are her husband, Homer L. Woodward; one daughter, Mrs. Catherine Lavren Huff of Tampa, Fla; one brother, Winter Daniel Williams of Martinsburg, W. Va.; two sisters, Nanny Hurt of Browntown and Dora LeHew of Front Royal; two half-brothers, R. Poe of Warren County and James Williams of Chester Gap; and two half-sisters, Nellie Fugate of Lynchburg and Effie Settle of Castleton. I

Funeral services for Miss Irene Keyser, 71, of Washington were held Sunday in the family cemetery at her old home place, Sunny Side Orchards, near Washington. The Rev. Vickie Pittard conducted the service.

Miss Keyser died October 13, 1977 in Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal after a two-week illness. She was born April 25, 1906, a daughter of the late Hubert F. and Lucy Wood Keyser. She was a retired nurse and a member of Washington United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a brother, Aubrey Keyser of Washington; three sisters, Mrs. Kent Woolfolk of Louisa, Mrs. David Stember of New York, N. Y. and Mrs. Clark Jones of Flint Hill.

Pallbearers were George Beahm, Carroll Racer, Jr., Charles Saunders, Ashby Wayland, Kent Reeve, Fielding Lewis, C. E. Giles, Jr. and Morgan Johnston.
