Landstreet said 70 per cent ' of the surveyed students thought cold showers would sober up a drunk person. More than 60 per cent said coffee was effective.
“Actually, the only sober up cure is time. Time for alcohol to leave the system. That usually takes around an hour per ounce of alcohol consumed,” he said.
