Opened last week at the Lake Motel on business Route 211 into Washington, the Black Kettle Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week. It’s the county’s newest answer to the question of where to eat without mortally wounding the pocket book.
