Church were over night visitors Thursday of Mrs. Sarah Latham and Sarah Kearns remained until Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Huff and John of Manassas, Sally Mann and Vincent Nicholson of McLean spent Wednesday night with Mrs. Latham.

The annual Thanksgiving family assembly took place at the home of Mrs: Sarah Latham in Amissville with fifty having dinner and five visiting in the afternoon.
Dinner began with a Thanksgiving prayer composed by Jennifer Kephart and read by her grandfather, W. H. Kephart. After dinner, Mrs. John Peck read a portion of James J.
