Last call for citrus

The Rappahannock High School Music Boosters' citrus fruit sale ends this Friday, Nov. 30. Orders may be placed by calling David Orth or Melinda Russell at RCHS (987-8575) or Judy Tole (937-5850). Fruit may be picked up at the Rappahannock Farmers' Co-op on Dec. 13 and 14 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Dec. 15 from 9 a.m. to noon.

Mothering Co-op meets

The Mothering Cooperative's monthly meeting will be held Thursday, Nov. 29 at Trinity Episcopal Church in Washington from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Members and non-members are invited to attend a potluck luncheon. Bring a favorite Christmas catalog and a toy.to share with the children. Votes will be taken to select a logo; all entries must be present for display. Animal Welfare League meets

'Nutcracker Dec. 1 and 2

The whimiscal charms of ''The Story of the Nutcracker" will grace the Gay St. Theatre on Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 1 and 2. Produced and performed by the nationally acclaimed Bob Brown Puppet Productions, this adaptation has been delighting audiences across the country since it premiered in 1976. Showtime is 2 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday, tickets are $5 and will be sold at the door.

Christmas bazaar at CCLC

The Child Care and Learning Center will hold its fifth annual Christmas Bazaar on Satuday, Dec. 1 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Refreshments, local artists, baked goods, Santa Claus and much more — including a "children only" gift room — will be , offered.
