it IS tneretore ADJUDGED, ORDERED AND DECREED that all PARTIES UNKNOWN having an interest in that certain tract of-, land of which WILLIAM SHELTON GRIMSLEY died seized and possessed are made parties defendant by a general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, and It is further ADJUDGED, ORDERED, and DECREED that the Respondents and PARTIES UNKNOWN and any other persons having tiny interest in the aforesaid property of which WILLIAM SHELTON GRIMSLEY died seized and possessed, do appear on or before January 18, 1991, and do what is necessary to protect their interest herein. It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, and that the Clerk post an attested copy of this Order at the front door of the Courthouse and that the Clerk further prepare a certificate of said facts and file the same in the papers of this cause.
