Ever tried to do some quiet work at the Rappahannock or Culpeper libraries? Ha, ha, ha, what a joke!
Whatever happened to shh, shhh, and SHHHH? I was taught (and so were my children) to be quiet in a library and respectful to other people’s needs.
After an hour and a half in the library the other morning I finally had to call it quits. Sweeping floors and dusting books I can live with. Even copy machines.
