lacks quorum
The town’s Architectural Review Board was unable to hold a meeting last Thursday because it lacked a quorum.
With only the chairman Donna Kevis and member Patrick O’Connell present, Mrs. Kevis told Ellen Manson they could “informally” allow the storage shed she had put on property rented from Gene and Clarissa Leggett to stay.
Since member Whayne Haffler has resigned, all four of the other members have to be present for the ARB to act on the application by Mr. O’Connell to modify his application for the renovation of the Byrd Jones house and his application for a retaining wall.
