He said he had just moved ■ into his house three months ago after “we spent everything we have” to build there. “I understand the need,” he said, “but I don’t want it across from my house.”
Neither Mrs. Matthews nor Mr. Gottlieb could make the finding that a post office at that location “will not adversely affect the use of neighboring property” and they voted against the application. The only other member present, Alex Sharp, said he could make the finding, but the application could not go forward with a majority
