As many of yoti know, I was diagnosed with a mini-stroke on July 8. I want to thank everyone for their prayers. I suffered no permanent damage and have completely recovered.
Doctors say this is a warning sign that should not be ignored. As you know, I have been working hard to live a'healthier lifestyle. I realize it is a lifetime commitment, and I cannot afford to let down my guard. Unfortunately, there are consequences as a result of a lifetime of poor eating habits and lack of exercise. May we all begin anew today to improve our health and reduce our risk of many diseases.
