Hartland Institute will present a free Nutrition Seminar Aug. 5-9. Times are 8:30 to noon; 2:30 to 5 p.m.; 7 to 9 p.m. A cooking school will be conducted from 10 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
