Clelia Miller

Clelia Miller, 91, of Culpeper died Friday, Aug. 28 at Culpeper Baptist Retirement Community.

She was born in Rockbridge County on Sept. 20, 1906 to the late William David Heizer and Anna Brownlee Heizer.

Mrs. Miller was raised in Augusta County, she received her Bachelors Degree from James Madison University and taught in Augusta, Alexandria and Rappahannock Counties and later retired after twenty three years as an elementary school principal in Madison County.
