(■wring through her first plants, Molly was about to pluck a bloom which did not look bright yellow and lively. Brownish and withering, she thought it was a blemish to the plant she was watching so carefully. ‘Wait!* came the cry, and she heard steps hurrying to join her. ‘Look more closely,’ said her husband, “there's a tiny bud behind that dried up bloom!' Sure enough, there was that first blossom, no bigger than a pearl, nearly destroyed in haste.

Certainly we have heard that ‘haste makes waste*. In this case the old saying was true. Perhaps we can apply some of that wisdom. After all don't we hurry through our hectic days, rush to finish the evening chores, and the day »gone again> Soon it is a week, a month, and a year. Perhaps we can take the time to look mote closely at the meaning of our lives. Could we be missing our most beautiful moments?

God has pbced us here with a purpose. To discover it, we must look more closely at our spirit. Won’t you take the time to visit God’s House? The fulfillment of His purpose will help you to discover life’s true beauty.
