Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church on Scrabble Road is having an exciting vacation Bible School each day this week from 9 a.m. until noon and will be closing with an ice cream social on Friday, June 27 at 7 p.m. Area young people are invited to the remaining days of the Bible School.
Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family of Joyce Hutchensen, wife of Mason H. Hutchensen, one time county agent in Culpeper, who passed away at her home in Culpeper last Monday. Joyce was affiliated with several Christian organizations in Culpeper and at one time served for several years as clerk of Black Oak Regular Baptist Church, when they were members there.
Mrs. Alvin Atkins of Sperryville was a Sunday afternoon guest of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Frazier and Christopher. Michele Swindler of Culpeper visited her parents, the Fraziers, Saturday evening.
