Baptist church meeting
Thornton Gap Primitive Baptist Church located in Old Hollow will have an appointment for Elder Ross Plowden of Alabama on Friday. June 27 with singing at 6:30 p.m. The church also will host its annual Union Meeting on Saturday, June 28 and Sunday, June 29 until noon. Lunch will be served both days. Singing begins at 10 a m. both days.
Karaoke Night July 10
The Culpeper-Madison-Rappahannock Farm Fair will host a Karaoke Night, “Culpeper Idol," on Thursday. July 10 from 7-11 p.m. The fair is held at the Culpeper Enterprise on Route 29 just south of Culpeper. Open to everyone. Winners are chosen hourly. Costs are $1 per song.
