Griffin Tavern has a new chef and a new attitude, with owners looking to make the Flint Hill mainstay “a little bit more exciting."
At an open house held on June 23, the restaurant introduced new head chef Victor McLawhorn and unveiled its new menu, full of fresh ideas and vibrant flavor.
“Griffin has always been a mainstay in this locality, so everybody likes to have something a little bit new. We thought it was time that we did something a little bit more exciting for everybody." said new tavern partner Chuck Swaim.
