Sometimes county residents need a ride to a doctor’s appointment and have no way to get there. Out of this simple need, “Rappahannock MedRides” was bom. Chapman drives for this program as well. On average it may be just one ride a week, but to the person stuck, it is all the difference in the world. The simplicity appeals to Chapman. The company is “always pleasant.”
