PUBLIC HEARING: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND §151-15 OF THE , RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY CODE RELATING TO APPLICATION AND ASSOCIATED FEES FOR LAND USE VALUE TAXATION The Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County shall hold a public hearing to consider proposed amendments to the County Code provisions relating to Land Use Value Taxation. The hearing shall be held at the Rappahannock County Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, at 7:00 PM on Monday. August 3, 2009. The effect of the amendments is to increase the application fees for enrollment (from $50 per parcel to $60 per parcel) & revalidation in the program (from S36 to $48 per parcel) for participants.
