July 9 issue of our paper brought to mind the recent passage of the “Cap and Trade” bill by the U.S. House. Yet reading the article turned up nothing about “Cap and Trade ”
This is just the beginning. Estimates of the impact of'Cap and Trade” say it will increase annual expenses about $2,000/year for the average family. Much of that will come from rising electric rates. We here will be hit with a double whammy!
