Spay and neuter van trip - Rappahannock Animal Welfare League (RAWL) offers simple and affordable spay/neuter sen/ices to Rappahannock and neighboring county dogs and cats. Partnered with the Shenandoah Low Cost Spay/Neuter Veterinary Clinic, we coordinate trips for 20 or more animals at a time. The program presents animal owners with a chance to spay/neuter at a fraction of the ordinary cost (fees range from $50 to $90). Advance registration by Aug. 4 and payment required.
