Middle Street Gallery
opens new abstract show
The Middle Street Gallery in Washington will show the abstract work of Pam Pittinger through the month of August A reception wall be held on Aug. 1 from 2-6 p.m.
Pittinger has been with the gallery for two and a half years. This will be her second solo show there.
Her work is abstract with a strong focus on color mid layering techniques that bring a richness to the surface of the paintings. Pittinger's humorous work is strongly influenced by children's art and the spirit of freedom they have when they create.
Her work also can be seen at the Six Pack Gallery in Washington.
