Sixty-five children a day marched into the Washington Baptist Church every day last week. The children attended the community Vacation Bible School in Washington sponsored jointly by the Washington Baptist and Trinity Episcopal churches. “The purpose of this summer cooperative effort is to provide for our children a place of fun, creativity and atmosphere where the love of God can be experienced and taught," said Reverend Steven Scoggin, of Washington Baptist Church.
