Lnsures projected revenues arc met. Recruits, interviews and recommends for hire all fee class instructors and supervises their performance. Promotes programs/ special events throughout the community and handles customer concerns. Supervises staff, manages center operations in the absence of the Center Manager Manages automated tracking and reporting of registrations, payments, budgets Bachelor s degree in Recreation or related field and 2 years related work experience administering and supervising community/group recreational programs Supervisors experience is required MS Office or similar software experience is strongly preferred. CPR. First Aid certifications and negative TB test required. Annual training in child development and safety are required to comply with state licensing.
