C. J. Miller, Jr., of Washington was elected president of Rappahannock National Bank Tuesday at a meeting of the directors. He has been associated with the bank since 1925, was executive vice president and has served as cashier for the past 14 years.

On July 23 the Rappahannock County Water and Sewer Authority met and considered a reorganization of the authority and the Question of a planned sewer system for the town of Sperryville. At the meeting C. E. Johnson, Jr , was elected chairman, L L Parrish vice-chairman and W. F. Moffett, Jr., secretary-treasurer. The Rappahannock County Water and Sewer Authority was formed on May 3,1968 for the initial project of installing a complete sewer system in the town of Sperryville. The need for this system was pointed out severed years ago by the State Water Control
