Washington’s Town Council wall begin regular meetings at 8 p.m., rather than 7:30 p m, Mayor Peter Kramer announced July 11. The later start time will give new council member, Bill Wickens, more time to get to meetings. Councilman Wickens commutes daily to Washington, D. C.
