He is survived by his loving wife Pearl Latham; a son James Richard Latham, III, of Glen Bumie, MD; a daughter Carol Latham Thomson of Roanoke; a step-daughter Melanie Box of Springfield, MO; a brother William Clifford Latham of Amissville; a sister Judith L Armentrout of Centerv ille; five grandchildren Jessie Noreen Latham, Sarah Elizabeth Thomson, Evan James Thomson, Ashley Box Harris, and Courtney Box; and two great-grandchildren Morgan Hams and Corbin Hams
