Subsequent tenants have been the Faith Mountain Company owned by Martin and Cheri Woodard, Sunnyside owned by David Cole, and now the Rappahannock Nonprofit Center (RNPC). Although many opportunities have presented themselves for rental to companies from outside the community, Miller has always leased to local enterprises to retain the community focus and believes the RNPC has enormous potential to serve the community.
The Sperryville schoolhouse, now known at The Link, is operated by the RNPC as a community center and is governed by a board of Rappahannock residents with years of experience in community service and in nonprofit organization.
The building has space for celebrations, meetings, classes, and events, both indoors and out. It has high speed Internet , access to a high volume copier, meeting rooms, full traditional office space and ample parking. The building was recently insulated, air conditioning was installed and all windows have been replaced
