The lean-to room in the rear of the house has been enlarged by removing a partition, making two rooms down stairs and one room upstairs.

Among the various articles fov sale are a rare iron stove, table, washstand, spinning wheel, pair of colonial lamps, a collection of various glassware, old jugs, bottles, china and mustache cups, figurines, and some old books and maps.
