Let’s not forget that for months this year we did not have enough water and we can truthfully point out to those who are interested and care to look that these same conservation plans referred to will only prevent the soil and crops from washing away but will hold back the water until large amounts can soak in the ground and help carry our crops with less damage, through dry spells.
