Meeting Wednesday, 18

The Culpeper Soil Conservation District board of supervisors will hold a meeting on Wednesday, April 18, 10.00 a.m. in the court room at Washington. The purpose of the meeting is to better inform the public relative to the functions and activities of .their soil conservation district. An interesting and informative program) has been planned by Downing Wood, Rappahannock member of thfc Culpeper Soil Conservation District board of supervisors. E. W. Mundie, extension conservationist, Blacksburg; C. E. Johnson, Jr., and Rev. A. Paul Thompson will appear on the program.

A question and answer period will be held after the last speaker, for the benefit of those present.

The meeting is the fourth in a series of meetings scheduled by the 'board of supervisors of the district. Similar meetings have already been held in Orange, Madison, and Greene counties. The Culpeper meeting will be held early next month.

“All citizens in Rappahannock who are in a position to influence the thinking of other people with whom they work or are associated are encouraged to attend this meeting,” said Mr. Wood.
