A number of persons from the Amissville community were in Warrenton last Wednesday to see the movie “Prince of Peace.
Elder and Mrs. J. Harvey Daily and their house guests Elder Earl Daily and Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Daily of Indianapolis, Ind., Elder and Mrs. James Bibler of Newark, Ohio, were dinner guests Friday evening of Mr. and Mrs.. Lester Yates. Elder and Mrs. Daily'and their guests left Saturday morning for an all-day meeting at Waterlick and on Sunday they were at Martibsburg for an allday service at the Primitive Baptist church. Elder Earl Daily and Elder Bibler were the guest speakers at both meetings.
Mrs. Mildred Thornton is spending this week with her mother Mrs.' J. J. Miller in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Brown Miller.
