At Flint Hill

Tjie Flint Hill Vacation Church School of the First Baptist church opened Monday, June 11, with an enrollment of 100 children, classes began at 9 a.m. and at 11:30. Vacation school will end June 15. Rev. M. E. Sliger, principal; Rev. Norman Flythe, .assistant principal; Mrs. Claude Cook, superintendent of intermediate department; Mrs. M. E. Sliger, handwork; Mrs. Mary Krause, teacher.

Junior department, Mrs. John S. Browning, superintendent; Mrs. Lucy Wood, handwork; Miss Karland Fincham, teacher.

Primary department, Mrs. Earl Edmonds, superintendent; Miss Louise King Handwork; Mrs. Williams, teacher.

Beginners class: Mrs. Ann Moore, superintendent; Mrs. Mary Latham, handwork} Mrs. Clyde Lillard, teacher.

Nursery Department: Mrs. Edna Moore, superintendent; Mrs, Frances Bradford, helper.

This year is the 5th anniversary of the beginning of the vacation Bible School, which began in 1901.

All handwork will be on exhibit at the church Friday night, June 15, at 8 o’clock.

Bradford’s Store will furnish refreshments to the pupils of the vacation church school.
