Among prospective candidates in the Tenth, the name of State Senator Charles R. Fenwick, of Arlington, a Democrat, has been mentioned most frequently. The area of the proposed Tenth W shown a strong streak of Republicanism, however, as well as a rend to oppose the dominant State Democratic organisation. It is expected to be a hot battleground of.
