W.S.C.S. MET WITH MRS. CARY
The W.S.C.S. of the Flint Hill Methodist church met on Friday evening in the home ofMrg. Frank Cary. Ten members were present. Subject of the-program was “Because We Have Been So Greatly Blest.” Mrs. M. E. Bradford Sr. had charge of the program. After the meeting, refreshments were served by the hostess.

A Recruiting Sergeant will be at the Court House in Washington on Mondfo February 7, from 10 a.m. to lznoon, tS interview those who may be interested in an enlistment, the U. S. Army and the U. S. Air Force Recruiting Station at -Culpeper reports. He will accept applications for both the Army .and the Air "Force.
Enlistments are open for two and three years in the Army and for four years irf the Air Force. To be eligible men must be between the ages of 17 and 35 for first enlistments and women between 18 and 35. But these age limitations do not apply to prior service men or women. Vacancies exist for both men and women in the A^my and Air Force. Y I Selective Service registrants are also eligible for enlistment until they have received a call for actual , induction.'
