A STATEMENT
The following information is a true statement of what has transpired by the Board of Supervisors since November id, 1951, relative to the office of the Commissioner of Revenue.
At a special meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, Virginia, held at the Courthouse of said county on Nov. 19, 19ol, pursuant to request filed by supervisors W. C.

Present: W. C. Campbell, J. P. Cook, H. B. Wood, Frank. Brown, and A. H. Buckner.
Absent: A. C. Latham. »
The Board appointed J. P. Cook, acting chairman.
Motion of W. C. Campbell, seconded by H. B. Wood that the Board of Supervisors and the Commissioner of the Revenue employ the best man available to assist the Commissioner of the Kevenue m assessing the tangible personal property by visiting the tax payers of the county to see that ev ery tax payer is equally assessed and that the Commissioner of the Revenue use the assessment as turneed in by the assistant unless it is proven to the Judge of the Circuit Court that the assessment should be changed. l£fnassifitant*1'0 be employed for six months beginnirig Jan. 1st, 1952 ending June 30th, 1952.
