The object of the above entitled cause is to partition by one of the modes provided by law, among the heirs at law of George T. Scott, deceased, the undivided interest in that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Jackson Magisterial District of {Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 30 a ©res? more or less, of which George T. Scott died seized and possessed, and if the said property cannot be partitioned in kind, that the same may be sold for the purpose of partition and the proceeds of sale be divided among the parties entitled thereto as their interests may appear; and to obtain such other and general relief as to equity may seem meet.
