A’nd an affidavit having been made and filed that the defendants, Marie Scott Hitt, Cfeorge Scott, Richard Delbert Scott, Jr., Ralph Scott, Walter Scott, Elbert Scott, Gilbert Scott, Lucy Scott Barnes are not residents of the State of Virginia, and that there are or may be persons or heirs of George T. Scott, deceased, who may be interested in the subject to be divided or disposed of whose names, whereabouts and last known post office addresses are unknown, it is ordered that they do appear within ten days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in Rappahannock County, Virginia, that a copy hereof be posted at the front door of the Court House of Rappahannock County, Virginia within ten days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof t^-each of the defendants to the^fost office addresses given in the affidavit filed herein (within ten days after the entry of this order of publication and file a certificate of the fact > in the papers of this cause.
