Worship services will be held Sunday morning, August 24, at Forest Grove Baptist church. This will be the first morning service held by the new minister, Rev. Harold F. Carder.
WS.C.S. MEETING
The Washington W.S.C.S. met in the church Thursday evening. Mrs. Updike led the devotional and was in charge of the program “Partners in Obedience.” Mrs. Rowzie gave a short history of the World Federa tion of Methodist Women. Mrs. Racer spoke on current events and the future of the Federation which consists of Methodist women from thirty four counties and is a part of ’ the Ecumenicial Church.
