Section Mh This Ordinance, and the rights and privileges hereby granted and conferred, shall not become effective unless and until the said grantee shall file with the Mayor of the Town of Washington its written acceptance thereof, in form satisfactory to the Mayor, and shall enter into a bond, in the sum of $100.00 with surety satisfactory to the Mayor, conditioned to the effect that the grantee will construct and maintain, or, if constructed, will maintain, the plant, or plants, provided for herein and reasonably necessary for the exercise of the rights and privileges granted in and by this Ordinance, and will maintain the same in good order throughout the term of this grant, and will comply with the terms, provisions and conditions of this Ordinance in all respects.
Section 11. This Ordinance shall •be in force from its passage.
