Effective immediately Mr. E. M. ESTES is temporarily appointed collection agent for the NORTHERN VIRGINIA POWER COMPANY until we can permanently establish a man in this area. Anyone desiring to pay electric or merchandise bills may do so at Mr. Estes's store. ~
Customers in the Washington Area will continue to pay their bills at the RAPPAHANNOCK NATIONAL BANK.
