The object of the above styled suit is to obtain a Divorce a vinculo matrimonii on behalf of Edna Mae N ethers, who sues through her mother and next friend, Maggie, Mahoney, against George Maynard Nethers upon the grounds of desertion.

And. it appearing by Affidavit filed according to law that George Maynard Nethers, the above namcu aeTenaanr, is nor n resident ox this State, and that his last known post office address is C & S Trailer Park, % W. C. Dennis, Jackson, South Carolina, it is therefore ORDERED that the said George Maynard Nethers do appear within ten days after the due publication of this ORDER, in the Clerk’s Office of our said Circuit Court, and do what is necessary to protect his interest.

And, it is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this ORDER be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper printed in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia and having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, State of Virginia, and that the Clei'k post and mail a copy of this order in accordance with the laws of Virginia made and provided in such cases. - .
