Pursuant to certain decrees of the Circuit Court of Culpeper County, Virginia, entered in the chancery cause of Aubrey L. Cloud, et al vs. Charles R. Cloud, et als, the undersigned Special Commissioners will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder
Saturday October 10,1953
TWELVE O’CLOCK NOON
in front of the main dwelling on the ptemises, Castleton, Virginia, all of that certain tract or parcel of land formerly owned by James W. Cloud, situated, lying, and being near Castleton, Virginia, in Culpeper and Rappahannock Counties, Virginia, and containing 333 acres, more or less.
This Isold will he offered for sale as containing two separate parcels. First, the “Coates” tract containing 130 acres, more or less, and being in Culpeper, County, Virginia, will be cried off. Neat, the residue of the land, containing 203 acres, more or less, and being in Rappahannock County, Virginia, will be offered for side; and then bids will be accepted for the entire amount of land, containing 333 acres, more or less, and the land will be sold in the manner for which the highest price is realized.
This sale is subject to all easements of record against said land and U a sale in gross and not by the acre.
TERMS: Cash. A deposit of 10% if the sale price will be required of the parenaser, as and when the property ii cried off.
Possession of the above premises will be granted to the purchaser of same as of November 15, 1953.
