Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Turner, Mrs. Frank Jones and Mrs. John Keyser attended the State Fair in Richmond on Friday and were overnight guests in< Richmond.
James Settle returned home with Mrs. C. P. Amory of Warwick. H*e will be a guest for several days. , Mr. and Mrs. G. Tyler Miller and daughter, Elise of Harrisonburg were Saturday night guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. Arthur Miller.
Robert E. Miller of Richmond was a week-end guest of Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Miller.
James Fletcher Massie was a weekend guest of Barry Lee of Whitfe Post. Friday evening, Mr. Massie attended a party given by Mr. Lee in the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Lee honoring Miss Connerly and Mr. Hardesty whose marriage took place in the Meade Memorial Episcopal church, Saturday afternoon. Mr. Massie also attended the wedding. His fiancee, Miss Beverly Ribble was an attendant.
